When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and organisation name. If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card details.

1.2 CV and Job Description Data

You upload job descriptions and CVs to the Service for AI-powered analysis. These documents may contain personal data of candidates, including names, contact information, work history, and education.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, and IP address.

1.4 Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

3. AI Processing and Bias Prevention

Our AI models analyse CVs based strictly on skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to the job description. We have designed our system to neutralise gender, ethnic, and other demographic cues, achieving 97% bias-free analysis. CV data is processed solely for ranking purposes and is not used to train our AI models.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, payment processing, and analytics partners who assist in operating the Service, bound by contractual data protection obligations
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental request

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded CVs and job descriptions are retained for up to 90 days after processing to allow you to access results, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 standards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means.
